Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the CNQ website, requesting information, creating an account, signing in with Google, connecting a mailbox, or using CNQ Web-OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any related policies referenced by them, including the Privacy Policy.
- If you are using CNQ on behalf of a business, institution, or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
- If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use CNQ services.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
CNQ is intended for legitimate business, productivity, collaboration, operational use, and authorized mail management. You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with the experience of other users.
- You may not use CNQ to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- You may not connect a Google account, mailbox, or third-party email service unless you are authorized to use that account and permit CNQ to access it for the requested functionality.
- You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or test the service in a way that causes instability, security exposure, or degraded performance without prior written authorization.
- CNQ may suspend or terminate access when necessary to investigate abuse, preserve platform integrity, or protect customers and systems.
Accounts, Content, and Intellectual Property
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, managing access appropriately within your workspace, and ensuring that your submitted or uploaded content can lawfully be used in CNQ.
- If you sign in with Google or connect the CNQ mail app to a third-party mailbox, you authorize CNQ to use the granted permissions solely to authenticate your account and provide the related mail functionality.
- You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and permitted use of any email content, attachments, contacts, drafts, or mailbox data processed through connected accounts.
- Except for rights expressly granted to you, CNQ, its design, software, workflows, branding, and related materials remain the property of CNetworQ or its licensors.
- You retain rights to the content you or your organization submit to CNQ, but you grant CNQ the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, and display that content in order to operate the service.
- Workspace owners are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and internal governance of the information stored in their CNQ environments.
Separate commercial agreements, implementation statements, or enterprise service schedules may add service-specific terms, security commitments, or support obligations.
Service Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability
CNQ works to keep the service available, secure, and performant, but platform access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, connectivity issues, security events, third-party provider outages including Google services, or factors outside our reasonable control.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CNQ services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Mail delivery, mailbox synchronization, Google account access, and related integrations depend in part on third-party systems that CNQ does not control and cannot guarantee will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
- CNetworQ disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNetworQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption.
Payments, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Paid features in CNQ — including the CNQ Business Suite, premium plans for individual CNQ apps (such as Chat, Drive, Mail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, AI Assistant, and other modules), one-time in-app purchases, and add-ons — are sold by CNetworQ Private Limited and processed online through our payment partner Razorpay.
- Payment processor. All online payments for CNQ subscriptions, Business Suite plans, and in-app purchases are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.
- Accepted methods. Razorpay supports credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, EMI, and other instruments at its discretion. Availability of any specific method depends on Razorpay and your bank.
- Pricing & currency. Plan pricing, billing frequency (monthly, annual, or other), applicable taxes (such as GST), and currency are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice for upcoming billing cycles.
- Subscriptions & auto-renewal. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment instrument on file via Razorpay until you cancel from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the current paid period ends.
- In-app purchases. One-time purchases (such as template packs, add-on credits, additional storage, or feature unlocks within a CNQ product) are charged to the same Razorpay payment flow and are activated on your CNQ account upon successful payment confirmation.
- Refunds. Digital subscriptions and in-app purchases are generally non-refundable once activated. Where required by law or where an erroneous, duplicate, or failed-but-charged transaction is reported within 7 days, CNetworQ may issue a refund through Razorpay to the original payment instrument. Approved refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, CNQ may retry the charge, downgrade paid features, restrict access to premium modules, or suspend the related account until payment is completed. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.
- Invoices & tax. Tax invoices for paid plans and in-app purchases are issued by CNetworQ Private Limited and made available within your CNQ account billing area. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your usage that are not collected at checkout.
- Disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@cnetworq.com within 30 days of the transaction. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us; fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- Card data. CNQ does not store full card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials on its servers. Payment instrument data is handled directly by Razorpay under PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
For enterprise contracts, custom invoicing, bank transfer, or annual procurement workflows, contact CNetworQ at
support@cnetworq.com to arrange an alternate billing schedule outside the standard Razorpay checkout flow.
