Information We Collect
CNQ may collect information that you provide directly, information generated as you use the platform, and limited technical data needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Identity and business details such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and role when you contact us, request a demo, create an account, or sign in with Google.
- Authentication and account-linking data such as Google profile identifiers, verified email address, avatar, session activity, and OAuth token metadata needed to maintain secure access to CNQ.
- Service usage information such as workspace preferences, form submissions, feature interactions, device type, browser type, IP address, mail-app usage events, and session metadata.
- Operational content you choose to upload or create inside CNQ, including files, messages, app data, workflow records, and email content or metadata processed through the CNQ mail app, subject to your workspace configuration.
Sensitive personal information should only be stored in CNQ if your organization has determined that doing so is appropriate for its operational and compliance requirements.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to deliver the CNQ experience, administer accounts, provide support, power the CNQ mail app, improve performance, and communicate with customers and prospects about relevant service matters.
- To authenticate users through CNQ sign-in methods including Google sign-in, maintain sessions, manage permissions, and prevent misuse of the platform.
- To connect, display, organize, search, send, receive, and synchronize email data inside the CNQ mail app when a user authorizes mailbox access.
- To respond to inquiries, process contact requests, and provide customer support or onboarding.
- To monitor system health, troubleshoot defects, measure performance, and improve UX, security, and reliability.
- To send essential transactional communications such as account alerts, support follow-ups, and important legal or operational notices.
Sharing, Storage, and Security
CNQ may use trusted infrastructure, analytics, authentication, email, and support providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual and security controls. We do not sell personal information or share it for unrelated third-party advertising.
- When you choose Google sign-in or connect Google-based mail services, CNQ receives and processes the account information and access permissions required to provide those features.
- Email content and mailbox metadata accessed through the CNQ mail app are used only to deliver requested mail functionality, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and support user-facing product operations.
- Information may be disclosed when necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and security of CNQ, its users, or the public.
- We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
- Payments for CNQ subscriptions, the Business Suite, and in-app purchases are processed by our payment partner Razorpay, which receives the data required to complete a transaction. See the Payments & Razorpay section for details.
- No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so users should also protect their credentials, connected devices, and workspace access.
Payments, Billing, and Razorpay
When you purchase a CNQ subscription, Business Suite plan, or any in-app purchase within a CNQ product, the payment is processed by our payment partner Razorpay Software Private Limited on behalf of CNetworQ Private Limited. The way your payment information is collected, used, and shared in connection with that transaction is summarised below.
- Information collected at checkout. Razorpay collects the data required to process a payment, which may include cardholder name, masked card number, card network, UPI ID, billing address, GST identifier (where applicable), email, phone number, and transaction metadata such as IP, device, amount, and merchant reference.
- What CNQ stores. CNQ stores only the information needed to operate billing and provide a paid account — for example, your CNQ user/workspace identifier, plan, billing email, GST details, invoice records, Razorpay transaction IDs, payment status, last 4 digits of the card (where available), and renewal schedule. CNQ does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.
- Card data handling. Sensitive payment instrument data is handled directly by Razorpay using PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Tokenisation, mandate creation, and recurring debits are performed by Razorpay under its own privacy practices.
- Sharing with Razorpay. To complete a transaction we share your transaction context (such as plan, amount, currency, billing email, and order reference) with Razorpay. Razorpay's processing of your data is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy, which you should review before paying.
- Use of payment data. Payment metadata is used to operate billing, prevent fraud, issue invoices and refunds, comply with tax and accounting laws, and respond to chargebacks or disputes. We do not use payment data for advertising and we do not sell it.
- Recurring subscriptions. If you sign up for a recurring CNQ plan, Razorpay may store a mandate or saved instrument on your behalf to charge future renewals. You can manage or cancel recurring plans from your CNQ billing settings; cancellation stops future debits.
- Retention. Invoice, billing, and tax records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws in India (typically up to 8 years), even if you close your account.
Questions about a specific charge, refund, invoice, or GST detail should be sent to
support@cnetworq.com. Please do not share full card numbers, CVV, OTP, or UPI PIN with CNQ support — we will never ask for them.
Retention, Cookies, and Your Rights
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, account administration, mail-service functionality, support history, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and platform security.
- CNQ may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, maintain Google-authenticated sessions, measure traffic, and improve site performance.
- If you disconnect a mailbox or revoke Google access, CNQ may retain limited records necessary for security logging, audit trails, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or export of certain personal data.
- Workspace administrators may also control or export certain data associated with their organization accounts.
